One of my favorite restaurants in Cedar Hill is Italia Expess in Uptown Village.  The food is so authentic with great italian flavor.  When you arrive at the restaurant you place your order and have a seat.  Don't be fooled by the fast food exterior.  When your food arrives the presentation is fantastic and bursting with italian flavor.  Service is okay but again the food with make up for whats lacking in a true sit down restaurant setting.  And it is not just pasta-They have salads, pizza and subs.  Go today and tell Moe I said HI!
